1. About these terms
This website myclinicpartner.com and the MyClinicPartner software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”) are operated by Vasanth Chandrasekar, an individual sole proprietor trading as MyClinicPartner, with registered address at 18/153-A, Ramaiah Street, Ponmeni Main Road, Madurai, Tamil Nadu – 625016, India (referred to below as “we”, “us” or “MyClinicPartner”).
This website is operated by MyClinicPartner. By accessing or using the Service you (the “Customer”, “you”) accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. The Service we provide
MyClinicPartner is a cloud-based clinic management software for small outpatient clinics and solo practitioners. The Service includes, among other modules:
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Patient electronic medical records (EMR) and visit history
- Digital prescription and diagnosis workflows
- Clinic billing with GST-aware invoicing
- Inventory and batch management for in-clinic dispensing
- Clinic analytics and operational dashboards
- Messaging hooks for appointment reminders and follow-ups
The Service is delivered entirely over the internet as a subscription. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Account registration
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@myclinicpartner.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you are authorised to bind that clinic to these terms.
4. Free trial
New customers receive a 30-day free trial with access to the features of the subscription plan they register for. No payment is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan; if you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will be paused and you can export your data on request.
5. Subscription plans and pricing
After the free trial, the Service is offered on the following subscription plans, with all prices in Indian Rupees (INR):
- Clinic Pro – Monthly: ₹699 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- Clinic Pro – Yearly: ₹6,999 per year, billed annually in advance (equivalent to two months free compared to the monthly plan).
Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may become applicable in the future. Since MyClinicPartner is currently not gst registered (turnover below threshold), invoices are issued without GST. If our tax registration status changes, applicable taxes will be added to future invoices.
We may change pricing from time to time. Any price change will apply only to billing cycles that start after we have notified you by email at least 30 days in advance. Your current billing cycle will not be affected by a price change.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (including PayU). By making a payment you also agree to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials on our servers.
If a payment fails or is reversed, your paid subscription may be suspended until payment is completed.
7. Refunds, cancellation and shipping

8. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe any third party's rights.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to break security, or probe the system for vulnerabilities.
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages or harassing communications.
- Use patient data entered in the Service for any purpose other than legitimate clinical and clinic-operations use authorised by the patient.
9. Your data and patient data
You retain ownership of the data you and your clinic staff upload to the Service, including patient records, appointments, invoices and inventory. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required consents under applicable laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) from patients and staff before uploading their personal or health information.

10. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will, where reasonably practicable, be notified in advance. Support is provided over email at support@myclinicpartner.com on business days.
11. Medical disclaimer
MyClinicPartner is a clinic-operations tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any clinical decision is the sole responsibility of the registered medical practitioner. We are not liable for clinical decisions taken using the Service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms (including non-payment, abuse of the Service or violation of acceptable use). You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in the Cancellation Policy.
On termination, your access to the Service will end at the end of the current paid period. You may request an export of your clinic's data within 30 days of termination by writing to support@myclinicpartner.com.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
