1. Nature of delivery
MyClinicPartner is a digital software-as-a-service product. We do not ship any physical goods — no CDs, USB drives, printed manuals or hardware are dispatched. Access to the Service is delivered entirely online through the website myclinicpartner.com.
2. How access is delivered
After you register on the website and (where applicable) successfully complete a subscription payment:
- Your account is activated and the subscription features are provisioned on your clinic's tenant space.
- A confirmation email is sent to the email address registered with your account. This email contains your subscription plan details, start and end dates, and a link to sign in.
- A GST-free invoice / payment receipt is sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment.
3. Delivery duration
- Free trial activation: instantly on account creation — typically available within 1 to 5 minutes.
- Paid subscription activation after successful payment: typically available within 5 to 15 minutes of the payment-gateway confirming the transaction.
- Maximum delivery window: in rare cases (for example, if the payment is held for manual review by the payment gateway), subscription activation may take up to 24 hours from successful payment. If your subscription has not activated within 24 hours, please write to support@myclinicpartner.com with your transaction ID and we will activate it manually.
4. Delivery region
The Service is offered primarily to clinics in India. Being a cloud service it can technically be accessed from anywhere in the world, but billing, support and compliance are aligned with Indian regulations. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Shipping / delivery charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see on the pricing page is the full price payable for the subscription plan you choose. Since the Service is digital, no courier, handling or delivery fees apply.
6. Delivery failures
If after a successful payment your subscription has not activated within the maximum delivery window above, please:
- Check the email inbox (and spam folder) of your registered email address for the activation email.
- If you still do not have access, email support@myclinicpartner.com with your transaction ID, registered email and clinic name.
- We will verify the payment with the payment gateway and activate your subscription manually, or — if activation is not possible — refund the amount to your original payment method under the Refund Policy.
