MyClinicPartner is a clinic management software built from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, for the thousands of small clinics, solo doctors and multi-specialty OPD practices across India who are still juggling paper registers, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and half-a-dozen disconnected tools. We built one honest product that brings together appointments, patient EMR, digital prescription, GST billing, inventory and analytics — at a price a small clinic can actually afford.
Our story
MyClinicPartner is a bootstrapped, independent product built by Vasanth Chandrasekar, an individual software developer based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. It is not backed by a hospital chain or a large corporate — it is a sole-proprietor operation that is close to its customers.
The product was born out of a simple observation: most clinic software in India is either built for large hospitals (and is too heavy and too expensive for a three-doctor clinic) or is too narrow (a billing tool, an appointment tool, a prescription tool — all living in different tabs). Meanwhile, small clinics run the bulk of outpatient care in India.
We wanted a partner for those clinics — not a dashboard, not an ERP. Something a reception team can open on day one and actually use. Something a doctor can rely on between two consults. Something a clinic owner can afford without signing an annual enterprise contract.
That is MyClinicPartner. A product in active development, shaped by feedback from working clinics in Tamil Nadu and the rest of India.
