1. Your right to cancel
MyClinicPartner does not lock you into long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time, from within the Service or by writing to support@myclinicpartner.com. There is no cancellation fee.
2. Cancelling during the free trial
During the 30-day free trial, no payment has been taken from you. You can stop using the Service at any time or ask us to close the account by emailing support@myclinicpartner.com. No amount is charged or refunded because no amount was collected.
3. Cancelling a paid monthly subscription
- You may cancel a monthly subscription at any point during the billing cycle. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that paid month.
- No further monthly charges will be made to your payment method after you cancel.
- No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the current month. Please see the Refund Policy for details.
4. Cancelling a paid yearly subscription
- You may cancel a yearly subscription at any point during the 12-month billing cycle. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid year.
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that paid year.
- No further yearly charges will be made to your payment method after you cancel.
- No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the paid year. This is disclosed up-front so there are no surprises.
5. How to cancel
Option A – From within the Service (recommended)
- Sign in to your MyClinicPartner account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Option B – By email
- Write to support@myclinicpartner.com from the email address registered with your account.
- Include your clinic name and the reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful).
- We will acknowledge your cancellation within 2 business days and confirm the effective end date of your subscription.
6. Effective date of cancellation
Cancellation is effective from the end of the current billing cycle — the end of the current paid month for monthly plans, and the end of the current paid year for yearly plans. Until that date, you retain full access to the Service.
7. What happens to your data
- On the effective cancellation date, your account is marked inactive and paid features are disabled.
- Your clinic data (patient records, appointments, invoices, inventory) is retained for up to 90 days after the effective cancellation date, so that you can re-activate by subscribing again.
- During this 90-day window you can request an export of your data in CSV / PDF form by writing to support@myclinicpartner.com. We provide one export free of charge.
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax-invoice records).
For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel your subscription if you materially breach our Terms & Conditions — for example, if you fail to pay, misuse the Service, or violate acceptable-use rules. In such cases we will, where reasonable, give you prior notice and a chance to correct the problem before cancelling.
